Lights The all new Multilux LED lights provide brilliant luminosity and excellent plant growth as standard. The LED tubes are easy to replace and other colour options are available. The LED lights use 50% less energy than previous versions and this efficiency means a lower running temperature. Juwel use an ultra sonic technique to seal the light unit that makes it fully waterproof as required by strict European standards to ensure safety. Filter Each Juwel Lido Aquarium has the Bioflow filter system. The multi stage filter keeps water inside the tank so that there is no risk of leakage. Water passes through different layers of filter media before returning to the aquarium. The media baskets are easy to remove through the top of the filter so as not to disturb fish. The AquaHeat heater is also inside the filter box to maintain efficient heat distribution. Heater The heater is fully automatic and has a control dial to set the temperature. With a shock proof glass tube and silver contacts, safety comes first. Each Juwel Lido Aquarium is supplied with the correct size heater. Cabinet Your aquarium will stand on solid ground with the matching cabinet. There is no need for clumsy polystyrene as the base of the tank fits perfectly onto its cabinet.
